Do you own a high-growth business located in Minneapolis? Need help addressing a specific growth challenge? Apply today to the University of Minnesota’s Growth Accelerator Program.
Select business clients can take advantage of one-on-one advising, MBA student consulting, and education and peer-group support. Each business owner works with an adviser and a U of M graduate student to identify goals and develop an action plan.
In addition to business applicants, the program is seeking entrepreneurs/executives to volunteer as advisers. Matches are made based on the needs of the selected business owners and the expertise of the available advisers.
Since its launch last year, the program has already helped businesses gain access to capital and develop market entry strategies for new product launches.
Application deadline for business owners is Aug. 3, 2012. Only 15 businesses will be selected — so don’t wait! Please contact Jeff Seltz (selt0012@umn.edu or 612-624-3578) with questions.
